How can I open the case about Dell Networking?
Hello, I'd like to know how to "case open" to Dell TAC(Technical Assistance Center), when I have a problem with Dell Networking solutions. Regards,

call the service phone number (866-516-3115) and give them your service tag from whatever device you are having issues with.

Where is the number? It's Dell's toll free support number. It is the one I had to call to resolve an issue I recently had with a Dell switch.

If you go to support.dell.com and put in your service tag it will provide the valid contact methods for you, which vary by country.
