How do I get upgrades for my Force10 unit?
I bought a Force10 Dell branded switch from someone on eBay.
When I print out the version information the service code and serial don't seem to be workable on any part of Dell's site.
Where do I go to get this item upgraded??
Any help is appreciated!

Hi Daniel C!
I already have an account under sterling at avative dot net, but it says, "We’re sorry; you do not have permissions for downloading force10 Software. Please contact Force10."
I have three Force10 switches, two of the older Force10 branded, and one of the newer Dell branded Force10 units which should still be under warranty. I purchased all three off eBay.
What would you recommend I do now?
I just want the latest firmware for each of these.
If I need a support contract, let me know how to go about that.

Hey, I called that number, and they couldn't enter the service tag.
They say I need a support account to transfer the asset tags and get a warranty quote.
How do I do that?
