How to enable Internet access for VLAN's.

Question

Good day, I have 1 Dell Switch 6224 , with 2 VLAN 's configured , VLAN 400 and VLAN 500, but can not access the Internet . VLAN400 : 192.168.3.1/24 VLAN500 : 192.168.2.1/24 Default gateway IP : 10.100.11.254 Routing enable in VLANs . Hi, Are the VLANs able to ping 10.100.11.254? Which port connects to the router for the Internet? Is it configured as a trunk or general port that passes all of the VLANs?
