How to password recovery step by step procedure

Hi,
Reboot the switch and press enter to get to the startup menu and choose option 3 for password recovery. Page 59 http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_powerconnect/powerconnect-3548_user%27s%20guide_en-us.pdf
