LLDP is showing connections in the same switch 2048P

Good day everybody! I was a question. I was working with my customer and found something interesting in which I need your help. I have a star topology with no redundancy. For some reason, my switch DELL rebooted and my switch core (ARUBA) believed that there were many broadcast traffic so it disabled the port with a loop protection. Nevertheless, I removed the protection in order to bring my switch back to production. When I logged into the switch Dell I ran some commands which I will be leaving here:

SW_CORE_ITCNG#show lldp remote-device all

As you can see, it is showing that at least 5 interfeces are interconnected between them. But! here is the catch. I was doing a little search and found this:

SWITCH_DELL_STACK#show lldp remote-device gigabitethernet 2/0/5

LLDP Remote Device Summary

I started doing a track beginning withc interface 2/0/5 and, as you can see, something is not right. It's saying that port 2/0/5 is connected to the port 2/0/23 but last one shows that is connected to 2/0/21. Also, I'm only seeing MAC addresses on the port2/0/5 whatsoever.

Is there anyone that can help me or point me into the right direction? Why is happening this? Is it something wrong with my equipment? My switch is N2048
