Managed Dell Switch recommendations
Hi everyone, First time dealing with Dell SW, so any recommendation is greatly appreciated. Desires features: 1) Can support OSPF. 2) IPSEC in tunnel mode 3) VRRP 4) RSTP 5) Open Flow 6) VLANS 7) At least 40 Copper based ports , atleast 4 SFP based ports for 100M/1G. Looking for the cheapest managed Dell Switch that can support the above mentioned features. Thanks

I would first recommend S-Series, especially for anything data center related. N-Series may be okay for simple layer 2, closet switching, etc. But for me, S-series every day.
As far as your requirements, I don't think #2 is going to be possible with any of the products. For that you're probably going to need a firewall or something that has the proper CPU horsepower for IPSEC encryption. The S series manuals mention IPSEC but I don't think it's for what you want. I could be wrong. Everything else should be present in the feature set.
I'd start with the S3148 and go from there.. https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/networking/dell-networking-s3148-series-switches/spd/networking-s-series-1gbe/dn_s3100_1414_s3148
