Managed vs Unmanaged???

I currently own two Cisco switches and a bunch of old 24-port hubs.  I am looking at replacing the hubs with switches, but am looking at Dell because Cisco is too pricy.

My question is to go with Managed or Unmanaged switches?  We do not use VLANs, SMNP or anything fancy like that, in fact all I have programmed on my Cisco switches is port speeds and port descriptions.  My network consists of a single Gigabit file server and about 60 OptiPlexes (~50% Gigabit).

My choice is between two PowerConnect 3348s (48+2 Managed) or four PowerConnect 2324 (24+2 Unmanaged). 

I really like the specs of the PC3348, but for the price, I could buy true Gigabit Unmanaged switches.  Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
