I looked through the CLI guide, but I didn't see an option to do this. The only thing I'm seeing that might accomplish something similar would be to shutdown the interface, then bring it back up. I'll link to the CLI guide below
As for this being a known issue, it isn't something that I've encountered before, but I wouldn't necessarily rule out entirely. Other than trying to restart the interface, the only thing that I can think to recommend would be to use supported SFP modules.

I found that the only way to recover the ports was to repower the switches. All three failed ports came back to life.
I have now fitted a Mellanox SFP+ (also unsupported) in place of the Finisar unit.
