N4032 System JUMBO MTU command
I've configured the SYSTEM JUMBO MTU 9216 as part of an ESXI implementation utilizing (2) N4032 switches in a stack configuration. I was originally going to configure only a set amount of ports to use the larger frame size, but then realized that their is not a command to individually configure ports with various frame sizes. Should I be concerned in cases where the end equipment is not configure to utilize the full frame size?

In general it is fine to mix. Some older 10/100 equipment may have issues, but anything that is gigabit or newer should work fine.
