PC 5548 and LAG - Only 1000M Speed

Good Day, 

I have set up a PC5548 with a LAG to another switch and a LAG to a WS2012 Server. I have configured both Lags correctly and they appear as "up". One thing I am having trouble with is speed, it does not look like it is utilizing all 2GB avalable, speeds still max out at 1GB rthough all tests, also in LAG config current speed is 1000M, not 2000M as it should be. Am I missing something?
