Packet loss between 3348's

Hi, I have three 3348's stacked at the end of a fiber link and one 3348 at the other. Everything works well, except I am getting enormous packet loss when I ping from either end. I have reviewed all my settings and can't seem to find the reason why.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
