Part Numbers for an S5148F-ON ... FAN modules, PSU and OS setup

Sorry I have so many questions ... I have a unit which is lacking the:

• FAN modules ... (possibly identified but confirmation would be greatly appreciate).
• Power Supply
• Which OS are compatible ... 
  

I think the required (compatible) fans are:

• Dell P/N: 3CH15 / 03CH15 (apparently the 0 can be ignored)
• Using the same fans as the QSFP28 Switch, model: Z9100-ON

Obviously it uses Delta Hot Swap PSU which I think I've identified
(but would again appreciate confirmation of the Model No.)

Lastly, if I'm not mistaken this is essentially an x86 computer ... yes..? 

Am I limited to installing the Dell OSX Operating System ..? 
Or should I be considering other OS ..?

IF anyone wants to know the lengths I've gone to in order to ID the parts I'd be happy to (as I assume now, waste your time) ... but suffice to say, I have done EXHAUSTIVE searching including of Dell's support website, entering the Express Tag, searching eBay, Google, Google Images ... etc. 

This is NOT the product of a laziness, apathy nor incompetence (though technically, when the issue is ineptitude, people often don't know their ineptitude or they'd cease to be inept).
