thanks! it is now working
following the pdf you attached, where Add port member — static LAG :
OS10(config)# interface ethernet 1/1/2
OS10(conf-if-eth1/1/2)# channel-group 10 mode on
it is working fine.
in the preveius PDF i followed, it was only
exitOS10(config)# interface ethernet 1/1/2
OS10(conf-if-eth1/1/2)# channel-group 10

Hi,
Try creating a static lag instead of lacp. Page 88 https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/force10-s4048-on_reference-guide7_en-us.pdf
