Poweconnect 3048 Freezing (and it's not even cold!)

Hello, I have a PoweConnect 3048 that freezes from time-to-time. It seems as if it happens mainly when users are logging off (we use Windows 2000 with Roaming Profiles). However, sometime it won't happen for months, and sometimes it will happen a few times a week. Needless to say... It's getting pretty old, and makes the entire network seem unreliable, which makes me look bad with the boss....

I found some information on this topic already, and it sounds like a Firmare upgrade "should" solve the problem. I checked the current version of the Firmware on my 3048, and it looks like I already have the latest one?. Can someone please point me to a new version of the Firmware or solution to this problem?

Latest Firmware (PowerConnect 3024, 3048, 5012, v.5.2.5, A01)??
