For this model switch there is no serial port. In case if you want the console then you can use telnet or putty and get connected after performing the below steps:
Set the switch to Managed Mode (by pressing the mode button on the front)
Access the web interface via http://192.168.2.1
Log into the switch via the web interface (username: admin, password: blank)
Click "Apply Changes" on the Restore Saved Configuration screen of the web interface. (switch will reboot)
