I cant seem to get out of a loop. The manged mode light keeps blinking. I have tried the paper clip trick posted here . Still nothing is working. Is there anything i can do?

Hi,
Try holding the paper clip in longer, it can take as much as 7 seconds to reset the switch. You can also reset to factory default from the CLI or web interface. For the CLI access the switch via console and choosing erase flash file.
