PowerConnect 3324 Vs. NetGear FSM726

I have narrowed down our switch requirements to either a P.Connect 3324 or Netgear FSM726 from Dell.com. I am having difficulty deciphering the pro's and con's between the switches. Beside the obvious difference, that Dell's switch is more expensive, I can't find anymore relevent differences.

Can someone please help point out some specific differences?
