PowerConnect M8024 and OpenManage Essentials 1.2.1
Hi,
We have installed OpenMange Essentials to manage our Dell hardware (PowerEdge servers, M1000e chassis' and PowerConnect switches.
We have configured SNMP inventory and discovery for M6220 and M8024 switches, but M8024 ones don't show their service tag (other inventory items are ok). M6220 inventory is complete.
SNMP community used for discovery is a read only community.
Where is the mistake?

Update the firmware to the latest version, this issue was resolved in 5.1.1.7

Hi Moreno,
Does the switch show the service tag when you run show system id? What version is the switch firmware?
