PowerEdge M1000e problem with PowerConnect M6348

Hi,

We have a problem with a PowerConnect M6348 that is inside a PowerEdge M1000e. On the web interface of the PE M1000e the following warning is displayed "A link tuning failure detected on IO module A2".

Unfortunately due to the software running on it and the location of the PowerEdge M1000e we can't perform a firmware update.

Is there another way to fix that problem?
