I recommend you put this switch in unmanaged mode. This mode is indicated when the "MANGED MODE" LED is not lit on the front of the switch. IF it is lit, use a paper clip to press the resessed "MANAGED MODE' button on the front of the switch. THe switch will reboot and then after a minute or 2 will be an unmanaged switch. This will give you the connectivity you are need.
Hi Thanks for your response. The switch is in unmanaged mode at present but unfortunately still does not appear to be recognised by the network. All the documentation I've ready tells you how to configure the Switch using various different methods including the Setup Wizard, however I can get figure out how to launch the setup wizard. All the cables are correctly connected and the power light is lit so I can't figure out why it won't let me configure it. Other methods that are available seem to require the IP address of the switch but I don't know what the IP address of it is.
