Powerconnect 5524 stacking issue

Question

We manually reset our master switch to test with the expectation that the second unit would seamlessly become the master.  Although unit 2 did become the master it wasn't seamless, briefly all network connectivity was lost and all ports of the second unit reset Why would all ports on unit 2 go down when it becomes the master. Firmware is the latest on all switches Can anyone assist Thanks Dave

Having the same issue, whenever a unit get disconnected from the stack we have reboot the entire stock. Updated the switch firmware to 4.0.10.22 still the same result.
