I already aware of this article. But this can only done manually. Is there anyway to schedule the system to automatically backup the config to ftp server in specific time?
Unfortunately there is no schedule automatic back up can be done via the switch. I heard it can be done using 3rd party software, but we do not support 3rd party software therefore unable to provide you any recommendation.
Maybe you can wait for the general public in this forum to give you opinions.

You would just need to setup a script to run at specified times, probably a CRON job on Linux system. Google will be your friend on this one.
