S2D cluster connection to corporate network
I'm following this guide to setup my S2D infrastructure (it's a Lenovo guide but very helpful):
https://lenovopress.com/lp0064.pdf
I have 2 S5212F-ON switches connected via VLT. Each S2D node is connected to each switch. All traffic (as the document describes) will flow on a single VLAN (storage, client, management, cluster heartbeat, Live Migration, etc.).
Please see figure 22 on page 34. My only question is: what's the best way to connect everything to "CorpNet" as is illustrated in the figure for client access the VMs? The corporate network is now on 2 Foce10 gigabit switches and traffic to the LAN is on the default VLAN 1.
Should I add copper SFP modules on the S5212 switches and connect to the corporate network that way?

Hi,
That should work, though depending on how much bandwidth you need you may need to do LAGs.
