S3048-ON Recovery mode

I'm having problems with an S3048-ON. When I start the switch, I see that it starts to boot correctly but when it has to run the operating system does nothing. Is there any way to execute a recovery mode? I tried to do it by shell, but without any success

I do not know how I can access that menu. In my case I only have the option to press F2 to enter the BIOS menu

The way I connect to the switch is using the console connection. Once the switch has started, the only option that I can choose is to enter at the BIOS menu.

Using the BIOS menu by changing boot options, I have been able to start the switch at shell mode. If I don't press the BIOS menu bottom, the switch doesn't work at all, not even the fan. It looks like it has lost the firmware.

Is it possible to access to the recovery option via shell mode?
