I think its properly broken :-(, We ran the uninstaller and it rebooted however its now looking for install files from the network, never finds them and just keeps looping.
We cannot use USB to install software, but it is on the network and has a DHCP address, or i could connect it directly to my laptop.
Is there anyway we can recover this or is it toast ?
