S4048T-ON Network error: Software caused connection abort

I've Google'd, DuckDuckGo'd for weeks and weeks and I give up.  I have two S4048T-ON switches, currently running 9.14(28) and both switches exhibit the same problems.  It does not matter if I have a laptop directly connected to a port or going through the network (i.e. multiple switches) the same result.  When connecting via SSH I sporadically get disconnected with "Software caused connection abort".  I have tried PuTTY, direct Linux terminal SSH (using multiple terminals), and SecureCRT.  I have turned on KeepAlives, I set up a constant ping (again direct or through the network) and I get 15 to 22 perfect pings then 5 to 10 timeouts and that is constantly repeating.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I don't mind putting up my config if that would help (sanitized of course)

Hi IADC_IT,

Is it the only device connected to the switch? An IP address conflict can cause this. Was it working previously and stopped working?
