Try booting the OS10-B from the menu.

Hi Josh,

I tried rebooting OS10-B from grub menu which led the old kernel to boot (3.16).

After a while the system auto rebooted by itself.

Hi,

You could try flashing a new OS from the boot menu. If it is brand new you may want to contact phone support.

I have the same problem on S5212F-ON.  Boot both OS10-A and OS10-B.  Get login prompt, admin/admin and it says "system is loading" but seems to hang at this point.   Unit is new out of the box.
