Hi,
Which OS version are you running? What version of SNMP are you using for the traps? V3 does have authentication configuration. https://dell.to/3ePP4Sf

I'm having this problem as well. Can't get any SNMP trap receivers to work with it. PRTG Network Monitor seems to indicate an authentication issue.
