Spine - Leaf - VLT - Routing

In a topology Spine and Leaf, where the Spine is boundary for L3/L2.

I would like to implement VLAN routing on Spine, what should I use and why, VRRP(Active-Active) or VRRP ? which one is better ?

Re: Spine - Leaf - VLT - Routing

Hi,

It depends on the amount of traffic you have. The main difference is active-active is load balanced, but if you are not having performance issues you should be fine with regular VRRP.

While configure VRRP in Active Active, should i change the priority of vrrp nodes? or it should be on both on 100 (Default) ??

Also do preemt need to be enabled ?
