TFTP:// Firmware Upgrade Failing
I'm still new to PowerConnect's and basically I've upgraded the firmware once on these switches. Now I have both image1 and image2 with a firmware version on it. Do I have to delete the firmware on the image that's not running in order to put a new firmware on it? Will it just overwrite the old one? That's all I can figure because it begins to show 0 bytes transfered then fails. Any help would be appreciated.
Ben

You do not have to delete an image to load a new one. It always overwrites the non-running image.
Check your connectivity first: can you ping the tftp server from the the switch?
If you can ping, check your firewall/corporate security settings. A lot of times they will block ping, tftp and other usefull things. They do at my office.
If you need more help. Post your current switch configuration. Tell us the IP address of your tftp server. Describe your network.
