Unable to download PowerConnect 5548 latest firmware
Hi!
Seems it's Dell global issue, I unable to download PowerConnect 5548 latest firmware "-powerconnect_5500-4108.zip" from Dell website, no matter "single download" or "Download Manager" is not work

Have you tried downloading from this page?
I looked thru the downloads.dell.com page also and is seems to not be listed there currently.
downloads.dell.com/.../PowerConnect%205548
Let us know if you are not able to complete the download from the first option. We can take a look at what other options we might have in providing the firmware to you.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. What exactly is the issue that you have having with the download? I have successfully downloaded the newest version several times and unzipped it without any trouble. Is the image corrupt in the download? I have submitted a ticket to get the newest version added to the FTP download site. Have you tried a different browser or PC?

I tried different ISP to try download, but all of them unable to download which return me an error:
Sorry, the requested file could not be downloaded.
