We can only confirm the operation of our own SFP+ transceivers, but some 3rd party GBICs claim compliance and may work. We certainly do not recommend using uncertified parts on Dell devices. When using 3rd party GBICs it may work, but the responsibility is on the user's side and no support is provided. If there is a way to do this with a command might be others in the community can help.
