VLAN (PowerConnect 5324)
Good Morning,
We need to setup 5 VLAN on the same switch to separete broadcast traffic, and enhanced security and performance on the network.
You can find a network diagram of the VLAN setup at:
http://www.desanic.com.ni/network.jpg to help me with this setup.
VLAN #1: Is our default VLAN
VLAN #2: Is our Public Servers + Internet Access
VLAN #3: Private Servers + Printers
VLAN #4: Private LAN + NOC Engineer
VLAN #5: Local Customers
VLAN #6: Fiber Customers
Now, what we need to do is the following:
.
1.- VLAN #2: Access to VLAN # 4,5,6
2.- VLAN #3: Access to VLAN # 4
3.- VLAN #4: Access to all VLAN's
4.- VLAN #5: Access to VLAN # 2
5.- VLAN #6: Access to VLAN #2
If possible, please provide step-by-step. Thank you for your time, Elyinn.

Here are some very good whitepapers which describe step-by-step on how to configure VLANs for an example scenario. I think if you look through some of these papers you will see how to setup your VLAN quite easily.
