Vlan unable to get DHCP
So work gave me a n3048p to take home so I can build a test environment.
Oh for the life of me cannot I not get this **bleep** thing configured, lol. I've even went as far as to mimic our other switches and still cannot get vlan traffic to pass.
What I'm trying to accomplish:
all servers, including DHCP live on vlan 20
Workstations are vlan 23
Guest WiFi is vlan 26
Secured WiFi is vlan 27
IP Cameras vlan 40
DHCP has the following scopes (the 2nd octet correlates with the vlan)
172.20.99.0/24
172.23.99.0/24
(172.26.99.0/24 is being hosted off of my router to isolate traffic)
172.27.99.0/24
172.40.99.0/24
No matter which port I plug into, i get an IP from the 172.20 subnet.

For troubleshooting purposes, I am placing my ESXi host on gi1/0/2 and my test workstation on gi1/0/13
In current state, no DHCP is given to gi1/0/13
if I change it to switchport mode general, I get a 172.20.99.x IP.
Help, please. 4 days at this and gained no real ground.

I'm going to guess that vlan 26 is likely partially working. You need to set PVID on each general port correctly (not just vlan). Additionally, you'll probably need to add Tagged vlan's to the DHCP server's port (likely in General Mode).

I have not plugged anything into Eth3 (where vlan 26 is on the gateway)
I will try to implement what you said on the other ports and give it a shot. Thank you for the tips.
Also, I understand this is more of another vendor specific question but the gateway is an EdgeRouterX, should pvid's be enabled on the port of the EdgeRouterX that will be used to speak to the switch?

So there were various issues to fix with my switch and EdgeRouterX. More than I was willing to take on so work just gave me a NAS 220 and called it a day, lol.
No technical solution found.
