create Vlan using dell x1008 switch

Hello

I'm using the dell switch x1008, i linked it with 2 Pcs, and i created a management vlan on an interface, and whenever i try to attribute an ip address to the vlan interface, the switch is blocked and doesn't work anymore.

Please, if anyone has encountred same problem, i need help.
