Dell support have proceed the remplacement of the master-unit.

Since the issue hasn't come back.

But i don't know if it is due to the exchange or the reboot and rebuild of the entire stack ....

Have you try to switch the master unit from unit1 to unit2 ? Or to reboot the stack ?

We have plug server on this stack step by step (in a period of 1or 2 months). So we don't see immediatly this issue.

For information, i have an another issue with the stack, the traffic is slow except for the server connect on the unit1. I think this is due to the hdmi cable (poor quality and i wonder if it is not hdmi 1.4). I'm waiting for hdmi 1.3a certified cable.

I don't know if the two issue is related ? Maybe a bad hdmi stack cable can corrupt the adress table ....

Did this happen immediately or has the switch been performing well for some time and then this issue occured?

Please provide output of "show system".

Only Dell HDMI cables are tested, so other cables from electronics stores may not work well.

What is the sysuptime?  I think the command "show system" will display this.   Is sysuptime what you expect given that the stack has been running for over a month?
