Hi,
There is not an option for it on this switch, you most likely need a dedicated router and not a switch in routing mode.

For anyone else that stumbles across this post, I had a similar challenge.
On our N3000 series switch, I had to enter the VLAN interface, and enable 'ip netdirbcast'.
I was then able to send a WOL packet to the broadcast IP of that VLAN's subnet (e.g. 10.1.1.255) along with the MAC address of the PC.
