resetting password on powerconnect 3048

Question

Hi,

it looks like the previous admin configured a password on this 3048 and I cant get into it. Is there an easy way to reset the password? Some of these ports are set to 10Mps, and we need them on 100.

I have tried the procedure to reset the password on my 3048,but when I hold the ESC key after power is applied i am only able to enter F or N to boot from flash or net. Is there any other way to reset the password
