Bluetooth Driver and Software for Dell Inspiron 15R 5520

I have a Bluetooth speaker which I want to connect to from my Dell laptop. I had installed the driver called "Dell Wireless 1704 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver" from the Drivers and Downloads webpage.

I also installed "Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Bluetooth Application" from the same webpage. (both of these appeared when I entered my service tag on the webpage).

I am not able to connect to my Bluetooth speaker with my laptop.

Please suggest the required Bluetooth drivers and software to download so that I can use the Bluetooth speakers.

( I am able to transfer files through Bluetooth from laptop to mobile and vice versa but no other Bluetooth service is working)
