Bluetooth allow a device to connect is greyed out
hi I have dell 15R 5521 and suddenly I noticed that Bluetooth dose not work it is greyed out I tried every thing and still not working and I also made refresh pc what is the solution please

Take a look in your device manager and see if the BlueTooth device has a yellow exclamation mark or a red x over it.
Also go to PC Settings and then to Wireless and see if the Blue Tooth slider is set to ON.
