Windows XPS 9350 with Windows 10. Cant toggle my blueooth on/off as there is no toggle and i need to use my bluetooth mouse. When I go to device manager my bluetooth driver has an error icon and displays this message: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I had this problem about a month ago and i simply uninstalled the driver, rebooted the computer, and all was well. Today my computer rebooted for an update and when it restarted, I'm back at square one with the bluetooth problem only this time my previous solve doesn't work.

I've checked for a driver update but the computer says it has the latest version of the bluetooth driver.

Help!
