Can I use CAT6 instead of CAT5 cables.
Hi
Im not sure if this is the right website to post my problem on. I partner has been getting headaches when the wfi is on. Living without the internet is not an option. We want to be able to cable up the place, and found that these thin CAT6 cables. I was wondering if they will work the same as CAT5 cables? As these are thin cables compared to the round CAT5 cables would that be a problem?

CAT6 and CAT5 will both work for nearly all Ethernet applications. While CAT5 vs. CAT6 won't make much difference for your situation, CAT6 is generally required for VOIP applications and 10Gbit networks.
