Can't access wireless network from my Dell Xps 14 Z.

Everything was okay until I turned off the wifi yesterday. Since then, I haven't been able to access to the wireless connections and can't see available networks. I even tried using direct connection but it didn't work. I tried using various settings but I was scared that I would accidentally change settings to something I shouldn't as I'm not so experienced in these fields. I have an assignment to submit tonight but can't access the internet. Please help!! :'(

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the wireless, what OS is currently running on your system? Also, have you tried disabling and re-enabling it again using Airplane mode? Obviously this depends what OS is on the system but I am hoping it could be a quick fix. Lastly you will want to try toggling the wifi on/off again.

One other thing you might want to try is entering in the BIOS and checking your wifi settings there, you can do this by pressing F2 at the Dell/XPS screen before Windows boots.

Best regards,

Brad
