Hi Everybody. I am using DELL Inspiron 5521. RAM 4GB, system type 64-Bit OS. I've tried several times to connect to the internet through my Mobile phone but its always shows the connection is limited & No data access while I tried my same phone with Compaq Laptop & its worked perfectly fine. Please help me.

Hello,

You mentioned it's a 64-bit OS but you don't mention which OS you're actually running.  That will go a long way towards resolving the connectivity issue.   Is it running the same OS as the Compaq?   You might want to compare network settings between the two laptops to see what the differences are between the settings.

Let us know about the OS on that Inspiron and we'll see what we can do to help you.

Check your network IP or firewall. Might be firewall creating an issue. You can find apps for your sony Xperia here:

Try to restart your phone then check it, whether its functioning or not.

Reset the android network setting or change the Wi-Fi frequency. These are the main reason why you are unable to connect Android Hotspot to your laptop.
