Could not reconnect to all network drives
Just downloaded Windows 7 and added mybooklive and I got this message "could not reconnect to all network drives" in my system tray. Tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked including multiple system restore attempts! Very frustrating! I can assess Internet Explorer but when I try to download Microsoft Mail Essentials in Internet Explorer, I am told that I do not have an internet connection. Same thing when I try to update Norton "Unable to connect please check internet connection." My carbonite will not start either. I can't get itunes to work. Again, "no internet connection". I CAN assess the internet through Internet Explorer only. Can anyone help me, please? How do I get all these programs to connect to my internet connection? Thanks.

Can you uninstall mybooklive ? Restart your system and then give it a try..

Try Uninstalling Norton.

Sorry it did not work. Very very frustrating. Thanks for trying! I feel like throwing my dell computer in the ocean!
