Daughter's laptop, Dell Insp 1526 1395 card

This was working for her until recently.  Now she is unable to connect, or see any wireless networks.   I had her uninstall, and reinstall drivers and still she is unable to see available networks.  She can access with the standard NIC card, and she can see the card in the listing.
