Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth, not working after windows 10 upgrade
So after updating to Windows 10 (on what specific Dell PC? Dell-Admin), my Bluetooth adapter is no longer accessible? My keyboard and mouse are connected but I can't add devices now. Bluetooth adapter is not showing up in Device Manager.

Hi,
Which model of Dell system are you using? Did you check to see whether that model Dell system has been tested to work with Windows 10?
You may want to check out this thread on the Microsoft Answers boards.

Try this Lenovo Windows 10 driver that I found out about on another board. It worked on my Dell 370 BT card (Broadcom) in a Dell E6400. I believe that it will work wit many older BT cards with Broadcom chips. The Lenovo Notebook is a B430. I apparently can't post the direct link, but if you do a Google search for "Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver for Windows 10 (32-bit, 64-bit), 8.1 (64-bit), 8 (64-bit) - Notebook", you'll find the driver that was updated to support Windows 10. Be sure to uninstall any Bluetooth software. that may have been partially installed. After the Lenovo driver is installed, the BT card shows up in the Device Manager. You can even update the software directly from Broadcom, after the Lenovo driver is installed, and the BT card is recognizer by Windows 10.http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds031759
