First, to check if your computer hardware is working properly, perform the
Dell Diagnostics. Run all tests; if there is a problem with your hardware, you will see a failure message.
If it appears your hardware is otherwise functional, you should try reseating the memory module(s) in the slot that it is currently residing in (with the power off and unplugged, of course). If that does not help, try a different slot, and see if this makes a difference.
