Error Message:Call your hardware vendor for support NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error *** The system has halted

Dell lists a possible cause for this as a Broadcom Network card needing an updated driver (on a Dell Poweredge Server).  I have a Dimension XP with a 3 Com card.  Randomly, I'll click on something online, and get the dreaded Blue screen with the above message.  ANY IDEAS?  There is no listed updated driver for my computer.

First, to check if your computer hardware is working properly, perform the Dell Diagnostics. Run all tests; if there is a problem with your hardware, you will see a failure message.

If it appears your hardware is otherwise functional, you should try reseating the memory module(s) in the slot that it is currently residing in (with the power off and unplugged, of course). If that does not help, try a different slot, and see if this makes a difference.
