How do I get in touch with DELL's corporate office?
Hi,
I have been calling DELL for hours and have been transferred at least 20 times. I am a University student in France, and I'm working on a project concerning DELL's unique distribution strategy and its evolution. I would like to ask a few questions that may help us understand the organization of DELL's different distribution channels, and why for example it has begun selling more in hypermarkets and electronic stores recently, as oposed to relying solely on Internet sales. Does this have to do with product diversification, globalization, a response to competition?? We would like to ask a number of questions of this nature to better understand the DELL company in light of our dissertation. Please put us in contact with somebody in Marketing & Sales at the corporate office, so that we may make an appointment for a short interview. This would be of greatest help. Aso if you go into the main Dell blog page there are the names of all kinds of Dell marketing CEO EFO and every pay grade just under Mr. M.Dell himeself (LOL) Just shoot them a E-mail but if you just truely only want Corprate offices just go to Texas Better Bus. Bur. main page and trust me youll find it there.
