Is my Conexant HSF V92 56K Data Fax PCI Modem capable of Caller ID
Does the following modem support caller ID? If the answer is no, is there a way to add any kind of an upgrade.

The HSF is a SoftModem, which means most of it's functionality is defined in software. It is possible a latter driver version, or a driver from a third party, may support CID.

In my 8300 Dimension the Conexant SmartHSFi V92 56K DF PCI native modem, the Caller ID feature is working Ok.
